At Eedi, we're on a mission to sustainably improve learning outcomes for 1 billion students by 2030. Over the last decade, we've built an unparalleled understanding of how children learn, becoming experts at spotting where students need help, uncovering gaps in their knowledge, and providing the support they need.

We've secured a $12M grant from a prestigious US foundation and partnered with major education leaders to build a learning platform that can reach hundreds of millions of students. We're creating a future where personalised, adaptive learning is available to everyone, not just those who can afford private tutoring.

Why we need you

The future of education lies in understanding exactly how students learn and where they stumble. Your coordination of our research initiatives will be the key to unlocking these insights. Without your expertise, we'd miss crucial patterns in how students learn and fail to understand the real impact of our interventions.

You ensure that every study we conduct brings us closer to our mission of helping every child build the skills and confidence to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Your ability to coordinate research projects while maintaining scientific rigour will help us prove what works in education and why, ultimately improving learning for 1 billion students by 2030.

Here's what you'll be doing

You'll be at the heart of our research engine, orchestrating studies that shape the future of mathematics education. Working closely with our engagement team, product team, data scientist, and academic partners, you'll ensure our research delivers actionable insights that improve student learning outcomes.

  • Design and coordinate research studies
  • Build and maintain relationships with our network of schools and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of research projects and successful recruitment
  • Craft research instruments that capture both the quantitative metrics and qualitative insights we need to understand student learning
  • Transform research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for our product and learning science teams
  • Support the continuous improvement of our research processes, making them more efficient and effective
  • Help write excellent proposals for grants and other funding opportunities

You need these qualifications...

  • You have successfully coordinated multiple research projects in education or a related field
  • Your writing is exceptional - you've created research materials and documentation that others rely on for their clarity and completeness
  • You have experience designing surveys and research instruments that have directly impacted educational outcomes
  • You have a proven track record of managing relationships with researchers (ideally also schools) and coordinating research participants

It would be nice if...

  • You have experience with educational technology research
  • You're comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • You have worked in a fast-growing education company
